Shipping.

  • When Will My Order Be Shipped? 

    We aim to ship within 24hrs of receiving your order. If there is a delay we will contact you and notify you of any changes. During peak holiday periods we may have a slight delay with increased orders but we do our best to get you in the water as soon as possible.
    • How Much is Postage?


      We use Australia’s fastest couriers to get products to your door. Most of our products ship for FREE, however bulky items, such as boards attract a charge. Rates vary depending on product & your location. Simply add your desired product to your cart and proceed through our checkout, enter your delivery address and you’ll be able to see the shipping charge. For surfboard deliveries, we prefer to deliver to business addresses to ensure security of your board after delivery.

      • Do You Ship To My Country?


        We ship from Australia to all around the world, including New Zealand, Indonesia, Japan, USA. Please enter your address details at checkout to see a quote. Note that some countries are extremely expensive. Also shipping Surfboards international is not possible. Feel free to ask us for a quote using our contact form on our website.
         
      • Can I Pick Up My Order?


        Yes, if you reside on the Gold Coast and have selected to pick up your order, come and visit us at 29/314 Burleigh Connection Rd Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. We offer a free gift to every customer that picks up! Feel free to check our best available warehouse times using the contact form on our website.

      • Can I Choose Who To Send My Order With?

        We ship with our own selection of premium carriers so we can assure that it arrives within a reasonable time frame. We provide tracking as soon as we dispatch so you can follow progress to your door.
          • Can You Deliver To a PO Box?

            Yes we can ship most small items to a PO Box. Bulky items may not be possible. Feel free to check with us using the contact form on our website.
            • Do You Do Split Shipping?

              We ship all orders together from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, QLD, Australia.
              • How Can I Track My Order?

                We provide tracking as soon as we dispatch so you can follow progress to your door.
                • I Havent Recieved a Confirmation Email?

                  If you've not received your order confirmation, check your junk folder in case your inbox has sent it there. If you've been charged and not received your order confirmation and it is not in your junk folder, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@bravosurf.com.au

                  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

                    BRAVO Surf offers ShopPay, Visa, MasterCard & AfterPay, Apple Pay & Google Pay payment options.

                  • Do You Offer AfterPay?

                    Yes, we offer AfterPay.

                  • Can I Pay In Cash If I Collect My Order In Store?

                  • Can I Purchase a Gift Card?

                    Unfortunately we do not offer Gift Cards at this time but are working towards offering this in the near future.

                  Returns, Exchanges & Warranties.

                  • Can I Return My Order?

                    If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

                  • Can I Get a Refund?

                    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

                  • Can I Exchange What I Purchased For Something Else?


                    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

                    We warranty our Surfboards to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days. DOES NOT COVER exposure, shipping or wear & tear issues. Further details regarding our complete warranty policy can be found here.

                    We warranty our Soft Top Surfboards to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days. DOES NOT COVER exposure, shipping or wear & tear issues. Further details regarding our complete warranty policy can be found here.

                  • What is The Warranty On Skateboards?

                    We warranty our Skateboards to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days. DOES NOT COVER exposure, shipping or wear & tear issues. Further details regarding our complete warranty policy can be found here.

                  • What is The Warranty On Accessories?


                    We warranty our accessories to be free of manufacturing defects for 90 days. DOES NOT COVER exposure, force, shipping or wear & tear issues. Further details regarding our complete warranty policy can be found here.

                  • My Order Was Damaged During Shipping, Is This Covered?

                    Unfortunately this is not a manufacturer issue, and so it is not covered under a warranty. However we want to ensure complete customer satisfaction, so if your item is damaged in transit, feel free to chat with us directly by contacting us our website and we will seek to work with you on repair or remedy.

                  • What Isn’t Covered Under Warranty?

                    Whilst we cover manufacturing issues, we can not cover issues after manufacturing which are outside of our control, such as exposure, shipping or wear & tear issues. Further details regarding our complete warranty policy can be found here.
